I am working on a solar cell modelling/simuling with ADS in order to observe the I(V) characteristic of this one. In this study, I need to get the I(V) curve of my equivalent circuit of solar cell in darkness (meaning that there is no current source). But when I switch my current source off to simulate the "dark" I only get one point at 0 V and 0 A in my I(V) curve which is curious because theoretically I should get the diode characteristic !
If you have any idea !
PS: my equivalent circuit is right because when I switch my current source on I get the right I(V) curve.
Thank you !
