Hi Sir,
I am using Keysight PNA-X Network Analyzer, N5245B to capture data. I can load .csa file, but do not know how to query current .csa file.
Thanks
Davee

Hi Mike,
I want to query the .csa file under current use before I make my decision to load or not a new .csa file. If the current under use .csa file is what I want, I do not need to reload it.
Thanks,
David
Hi Xinlivu,
Unfortunately, the VNA firmware does not keep track of the name of the last state file loaded (at least not in a way that is exposed in the remote API). The VNA application does not follow the document view architecture. the VNA is a state machine and when you load a .csa (or any other state file), you are just instructing the instrument to go to a particular state, but after loading the file if you interact with the instrument, then the state changes. therefore knowing what file you loaded may not guarantee that you are in a known state.
That is a long way of saying no, but hopefully the details help you understand our reasoning behind this decision.
