Waveguide phase measurements with E8363B

Hello there,

I am currently using the PNA E8363B with a mmWave adapter to measure S-parameters in the W-band.  I want to measure the phase shift of signals passing through various lengths of WR-10 waveguide.  However, after completing "Response" calibration, disconnecting the 2 mmWave extensions causes the RF cables to move, causing errors in the phase.  I used 4 90-degree bends to connect to the adapters, recorded the phase of S21, and then added two 2" and 4" pieces between the 90-degree bends without moving any of the RF cables or extenders.  Unfortunately, my theoretical phase shift calculations are not matching the measured phase of S21 (after compensating for the 90-degree bends and RF cable movements).  Is there a more accurate way to measure waveguide phase with the PNA?
