Operator's check on PNA

Hi, I have recently done an Operator's check on my PNA and found out that the Receiver A value is 11.29 dB while Receiver B value is 3.52 dB. Is there a problem with my PNA, it seems that the noise floor is quite high. How will this affect my measurements?

What can I do to resolve it? Deos it need fixing?

Attached is a report of the Operator's Check.

Any inputs is deeply appreciated. Thank you in advance.
