Understanding the X-parameters?

Thanks for your notice on this post first.

I am trying to measure the second harmonic (SH) signal generated from a 2port device (DUT), including both the phase and amplitude information of the SH signal.
From my studying of the function of PNA-X or NVNA, I found that the only way to get the phase information for SH signal is to use the X-parameters measurement. [Is this correct? If I use the "internal source configuration", connect DUT between port 1 and 2, will the phase information for B2 at SH be correct?]

And when I use the rear panel 10MHz signal for the phase reference signal, and measure the X-parameters. I am confused by the various documents provided by Agilent.  Basically I want to measure B_(2,2) the second harmonic signal at port 2 if there is only one incident wave A_(1,1). So which X parameter I should choose for this particular process. XF_(2,2) or XS_(2,2)_(1,1)?
