reflection response

I am a beginner in the RF field. I measured the reflection response (S11)of a conductor (Ag) using a one-port probe. I thought the reflection response would be the negative infinite at 0 GHz because there would be no reflections at the frequency. However, the S11 at 0 GHz was zero, which meant all signals were reflected back. (For your reference, I didn't set any power.) Could you please provide me any interpretation for this result? Is the signal reflected back due to using the one-port probe, not 2-port?

Thank you.
