impedance parameter display

Hi, I'm trying to measure the impedance of a quartz cristal oscillator and I'm using the impedance parameter display of the E5070B. I want to compare this results with other previouslly made with a impedance analyzer. The problem is that, for example, in the point of parallel resonance the value of impedance (magnitude) is very high when I measure it with the impedance analyzer but this peak has different values of impedance(lower) when I perform the measure with the network analyzer. It is possible that the network analyzer is not doing well the measure  because at this frequency the value of impedance is too far away from the characteristic(50 ohm) and exceeds the impedance measure capability of the network analyzer?
