How to measure the attenuation coax cables (attenuation=30dB/100m @ 1GHz) with 8753E analyzer? Noises are begun from 300MHz!

With long cables, or other electrically long devices, you must be careful of a problem we call "I.F. delay". Here's a good note on this:
Simplest way to fix this: use 30 Hz IFBW on 8753.
use 1000 Hz IFBW on PNA
If you don't want to use 30 Hz, shoot me an email and I'll tell you other alternatives
