Measurement of passive DUT having separated ground plans

I'm using PNA E8361A to do S-parameter measurement for a 2-port passive DUT. The ground planes for the 2 ports of this device are separated by a small capacitor (less than 1pF). The measurement results show some strange resonances at frequencies around 50 MHz, 150 MHz and 400 MHz. As what I understand the ground for the 2 ports of the PNA are connected together inside the PNA. Is there anyway to separate the ground of these 2 ports of the PNA to do this measurement? since I think this is the reason of some strange resonances in the measurement results.
