Anybody has experience to measure the characteristic of RF cable with Network Analyzer? which parameter should be measured, S11? You are appreciated to provide an example and explanation.

You either need to do some research yourself or provide some insight as to what our are doing.
This is such a generic question I am not sure where to begin. You may need to to measure reflection (S11), transmission (S21), electrical length, phase, Velocity factor, group delay, Structural Return Loss, and who knows what else and in which format (such as dB, SWR, Relf Coef). I could go on and on. We can't tell you what you need, only you can. Try to narrow down what you need and we will try to help. The most common measurements needed are S11 and S21, but this varies with the situation. And which analyzer are you using?
