We have a DSO9104A Oscilloscope and found problems when opening Infiniium oscilloscope software (v05.20.00701, see attachment). What happen to it? Pls advise. Thanks!
It looks like a problem with the latest SW installation. You should try reinstalling, first. Completely uninstall the three Infiniium packages, then do a fresh install.
