Our 86100B oscilloscope hard drive seems to be dead. We need to replace the disk with another one (old 2,5" laptop drive) and install an image of the disk which would recover the oscilloscope into the factory default condition. Such a disk was offered earlier by Agilent, yet today it is no longer available (neither Keysight customer support nor the Keysight website help, see How can I reimage or recover the 86100A/B/C hard drive to the factory default condition? | Keysight (formerly Agilent’s … ).

Does anyone has this disk image recovery tool?

Thanks, Martin
