I am currently performing uncertainty calculation for a conducted emission test using the PXA N9030A spectrum analyzer and have a question with respect to some type of systematic errors. I am struggling to find the following errors from the specification sheet (or anywhere else) to add them into my uncertainty budget:

1) Correction for receiver sine-wave voltage inaccuracy

2) Correction for imperfect receiver pulse amplitude

3) Correction for imperfect receiver pulse repetition rate response

4) Correction for the effect of the receiver noise floor (Noise floor proximity error)

What are these values and where could I find them?

Look at the examples given in CISPR 16-4-2:2014 Annex B. Then look at the explanations A3, A4 and A5. For item 1) this is usually found in the instrument specification. For items 2) and 3), Keysight states that the quasi-peak detector complies with CISPR 16-1. For Item 4), find the quasi-peak signal-to-noise ratio then interpret from Chart A.1.
