E5071C: S11 -> Zr conversion?

I sent the microwave signal to port A of my sample and left port B open, and the first data point of S11 I got was 5.236629e-002 & 2.701507e-003 for the real and imaginary parts, and the corresponding Zr data point was +3.48899220029E+001.

I looked at the help file http://ena.tm.agilent.com/e5071c/manuals/webhelp/eng/Measurement/Data_Analysis/Performing_Parameter_Conversion_of_Measurement_Results.htm, but couldn't figure out how to get that Zr value from that S11 value. (Substituting Sab with the complex S11 and Zoa with 50 Ohm didn't work.) This may be some microwave knowledge issue rather than an operation question, but I really need help here...

By the way, if I want to do a CW measurement, should I just set the Start and Stop frequencies to be the same?
