S-parameter test set output power

Hi,

Is it possible to set or determine the output power used in a typical S parameter measurement?  I will probably use the 4396b with the appropriate S-parameter test set.  I've used VNAs before, but I've never needed to know the output power exactly.  Presently, I am going to measure an amplifier and I want to know information about when it will be saturated, etc.  Hopefully that is clear.  The datasheets for the analyzers and test sets usually have an output power range(s) listed, but I'm not familiar with these metrics.

Thanks
