I have sometimes need to print out measurement datas from old HP 8720C. Unfortunately old GPIB plotter is damaged, so is anyone done program which can simply save screen data to text file or to Excel via GPIB? If so, I would be very glad to get such a small program.
I've never used it as I'm a unix person, but I'm pretty sure the GPIB toolkit from John Miles KE5FX
KE5FX GPIB Toolkit
will do what you want. It is free - and I think open-source too. It has an HP 7470A plotter emulator, and there's also a program called vna.exe. Needless to say that saves Touchstone files, and other things VNA related.
