i have an error code of 353 and 351 present. i have found no power coming from a11 yto output, not sure where to check next to verify bad yto. any help?

According to the 8560 User’s Guide, the errors that fall within the range from 300 - 399 relate to LO and RF hardware/firmware failures. I think your errors relate to the LO. Some reasons that could explain these errors can be anywhere from the following:
A couple key things that could prove that your YTO is bad include that your signal analyzer could be tuned to the wrong frequency, or the signal measured is too low on the display.
