I have an DSO-X 3024A without any installed licenses.
But when I look in the About This Oscilloscope I see that BW20 is installed. What is that?
Thanks for the information.Woulden't it be good to collect all license abreviation in a list at Keysight website?I tryed to google BW20 without finding anything. Even looked in user manuals and service manuals for the scope. When I yesterday updated the FW I also got EDK, DVM and RML. RML is also missing in the manuals.
Thanks in advance.
BW20 means that the BandWidth is 200MHz. The DSO-X 3000 family of scopes is available in 100, 200, 350, 500 MHz, and 1 GHz models. The lower BW models are license upgradable to a higher BW, up to 500MHz.
I'll get that entered as a request for a future release. Since it's documentation only, it should be easy to implement, and may not even have to wait for an official release. I think that's a great idea, and I have asked for it before on other scopes
