Realistic model of a power sensor

I would like to simulate the behaviour of a realistic diode power sensor (e.g., HP 8481D, Keysight U2000 series, Keysight E93xx series), in particular its response to various input signals (CW, multitone, modulated). Only the basic detector chip (diode + lumped elements) is interesting for me, not the detected voltage processing (chopper, amplifiers, ...).

In the ADS component library, there are several high frequency Agilent diodes. I presume that the diodes in commercial power sensors are IP protected and their models are not publicly available. Is there at least some "black box" behavioral model which could be used in the ADS simulation? The closest circuit I have found is the HSMS-286X model, which is reported to be used in various detector circuits.
