S-parameters for step attenuator using E8363B?

This is very basic, but I'm new to RF metrology, so please bear with me and help me if you can.

I want to model a step attenuator (0db to 90dB in 10dB steps), so I need measurements of the complex S-parameters.  Can I use the PNA (E8363B) to measure the complex S-parameters for this entire range of steps?  Or are there special needs or peculiarities that I will need to take into account? 

Also, can someone point me to some examples or specifications for the PNA that can tell me how high an attenuation the PNA can handle.
I can see in the printed version of the PNA Help (Manufacturing Part Number: N5230-90017) Table 1., p.2629, the system dynamic range is above 90dB for 50MHz to 18GHz (my frequency range of interest), but I'm not sure how this relates to the S-parameter measurement capabilities.
