Mixer products are not shown in the attached simulation. What am I doing wrong?
For the Harmonic Balance simulation, you need to let the simulator know you are looking for information at that frequency. You can do this by adding your desired frequencies to your Harmonic Balance Analysis, under the general tab (for your case, this would be 500 MHz and 1200 MHz - it looks like you should already have these). Next, set the desired maximum mixing order, located right below your frequency window. This will calculate the sum & difference frequencies to the order you specify.
If you haven't already, be sure to check out the tutorial videos, located under the help drop down menu. You should find the "08_Harbec_Freq_Domain_Analysis" video especially useful.
Thanks BarrettP. Attached are the HBA options used to simulate. Other suggestions/ideas are welcome.
This Mixer model is for use in a Spectasys simulation. Only the linear portion of this model is used in simulators other than Spectrasys. The linear model consists of the conversion gain from the input port to the output port, RF to IF isolation in the reverse direction with isolation parameters between the other ports.
