Full 2 port calibration sequence

Hello
Currently I would only like to ask you for reviewing the sequence of commands I am sending to the Agilent E5071C ENA. for a full 2 port calibration. I am trying to calibrate one only one channel. The exact sequence I am sending is the following. Is this sequence right?
I am considering moving the commands with stamps [1],[2] and [3] to the place where it says "HERE" as I understand that these parameters are set for a channel instead of for each trace. Am I right? I also would like to know if the command with the stamp [4] is necessary. I really do not know why it is there.
