Should I place a Pin on the GND pad of a QFN?

I have an amp that is oscillating and would like to model this behavior.

If I set up the SnP block (schematic) with the ground reference pin, would it be accurate to EM sim the layout with a pin on the GND pad of the QFN?

Performing an EM sim of the layout with just the RFIN/RFOUT pins would only tell me if there is a leakage back to the input.

If I can add a pin on the GND, would it be better to use the entire paddle as an area pin or use the via as an area pin?

Should the impedance of that pin be set to something very small (aka not 50ohm termination)?
