Why is there an attenuation with high frecuencies and high BIAS

Hello. I am working with the E5071C ENA with an external DC BIAS source. I connected an oscilloscope to see the input. I sweep several BIAS for each frecuency. I noticed that as the BIAS gets higher the AC component of the signal tends to dissapear. The same happens when the frecuency gets higher; when I work at 100 MHz the signal is preserved with low BIAS but when I get to 200 MHz it completely dissapears. I do not understan the reason of this happening
