Just done first ever serious swept IMD (swept tone spacing) measurement and saved data (swept IMD csv format).

The result file has a frequency info up to 67GHz although I only did sweep tone spacing 1KHz to 1MHz at Fc = 500MHz.

Could it be a software issue?

The other question is what would be the IMD spacifications of PNA-x below 50KHz tone spacing (down to 1KHz) at around Fc = 500MHz?

I measured quite poor input IM3 at 1KHz tone spacing measured on thru.

Is there anything I need to consider to measure such a narrow tone spacing?

Thank you.
