Enjoying the new (to me) PSA but a bit bummed out that the Peak Table softkey is missing. It's in the manual and even referred to in the help screen for search parameter effects.
It doesn't appear that the key is context sensitive to settings as far as I can tell.
Is there a chance of getting this function back, realizing there have been no firmware updates in 4 years or so? It is very useful in some applications and using markers and Marker Table is very cumbersome in comparison. And, my old 8596E has it. It seems like an unintentional omission but I don't see others asking about it.
Regards,
Den
Hello Dan, Unfortunately there is no peak table soft key for the E4445A PSA, but there is a SCPI command that should be available in the programmer’s guide, page 811.
The remote command is the following: :CALCulate:MARKer:PEAK:TABLe:STATe OFF|ON|0|1
:CALCulate:MARKer:PEAK:TABLe:STATEe?
The PSA will be discontinued in December 2017 and will be replaced with the N9030B, X – Series Signal Analyzer, which does have the peak table. Instructions are found on page 5 of the X-Series Demonstration Guide.
