S-parameter port  is electrically large

Good afternoon. Please help us to deal with ports. At Rogers RO4350B (Dielectric constant = 3,66, Loss Tang = 0.0037, Metal Thickness = 0.018 mm, Substrate Height 0.508 mm, Resistyvity = 1) do microstrip filter - Hairpin 9.5 GHz. In the simulation, the logs Momentum appears

Models from 5 to 17 GHz. I tried in port settings to specify its height, approximately equal to lambda / 20 = 18 mm / 20 = 0.9 mm. Port type is normal, that is, those who are set automatically when you create the topology.
