Correcting FIFO data from a PNA

I have an N5224A PNA. I'm trying to make a near field antenna range using the FIFO. The idea is to quickly store an entire planar x-y scan of data. After the scan is complete, I can read back the FIFO and post-process the data.

As I understand it, data shoved into the FIFO is raw, uncorrected, uncalibrated, etc. I've been reading through the Help file and I cannot find any details on how to perform corrections after the fact. There's a page in the Help file called *"Reading Cal Set Data using COM"*  and another one called *"Perform an Unguided Cal using COM"* that show how to get the correction terms. But I have no idea how to use them to correct my data after I dig it out of the FIFO.

Any clues. Do I add or subtract or do matrix multiplication?
