During installation of Benchvue 2.6 (2.6_2015_02_14) on a Windows 7 / 64 bit machine, there are several parts of the install that appear to fail.
First the "Keysight License Manager", then the "HPP_GenericPC(x64)" and finally "ACCL_Licensing(x64)". In each case I answered "Yes" to continue in an attempt to see how far I could get.
I used the latest download and ran the install "as administrator" and with anti-virus etc disabled.
The IOLibSuite_17_1_19313 installed without errors using this method.
Any clues?
Cheers
Andrew

Could you send me some log files? Please contact me directly at bv_support "at" keysight.com and I'll tell you how to get the logs. A couple of obvious questions though -- were you logged on with administrator privileges? Did the PC have internet access during the install? Did you try disabling any antivirus software that might have interfered with the install? These are not common situations, but just thought I'd check.
