34972A connection problems

Hello,

Keysight Connection Expert does not verify connection my 34972A device.
The device connected to the laptop by LAN.

I tried to Add new instrument (LAN instrument) from the Manual Configuration
I have set the IP Address.

After pressing the "Test This VISA Address" button
The message is: "Failed: viOpen failed with status VI_ERROR_SYSTEM_ERROR"

What can I do in order to see the device at the BenchVue?
