The 7zads format for archiving ADS workspaces was not introduce until ADS 2014.01 so it would not be possible to directly extract the data from it in ADS 2011.xx. This version only supports the older 7zap format.
It is possible to manually extract the data from the 7zads file by running 7-Zip or any other tool that supports the .7z compressed file format. A copy of 7-Zip File Manager is shipped with ADS for Windows under $HPEESOF_DIR/bin/7zFM.exe. If you open the 7zads file using this you can then extract the files from there.
The problem with this though is that to get to a 7zads archive the workspace would have to have been saved from ADS 2014.01 or later so it may contain designs using features and capabilities that were introduced after ADS 2011.xx and therefore these would not work on ADS 2011.xx and error meaasges about unsupported settings may be generated.
