33500B to BenchVue

I have tried connecting a 33500B to BenchVue.

Everything seemed to work correctly using the USB cable, but if I try to connect using Ethernet I get the following error:

The instrument initially appears to be available to make a connection.
If I double click on it or drag it into the workspace, it starts trying to make the connection.
After a while it gives this message:  "VISA connection with instrument has been lost."

Are there some settings I need to change, or drivers I need to update to solve this?

I am using BenchVue Version 2.7.1505.22 and the checker says this is up to date.
Running on Windows 8.1 64bit
Ethernet cable connection 33500B to router, WiFi connection to PC.
