de-embedding error which might be caused by TRL calibration error

Here is the problem, I want to de-embed the S-parameters of my fixture. So, to get the S-parameters of my fixture,  I made the PCBs to do TRL calibration at the DUT sides for my fixture. First, I e-calibrated my VNA and saved the state as cset1. Then I did the TRL calibration using the TRL PCBs and saved the state as cset2. Then I got the S-parameters using these two saved calsets, which is calculated by VNA. 

However, the S-parameters I got was wrong. My fixture transfers the characterized Z0 from 50 Ω to 10 Ω and this was tested before. But after testing the S-parameters using ADS, I found that it couldn't transfer 50 Ω to 10 Ω.

The VNA I use is N5227A and my operating procedure is as the attachments below.
