N6700B - INHIBIT Problem

I have a new 6700B with two 6731B power modules installed in Slots 1 & 2 and I'm unable to set up a Live Inhibit input on Pin 3 of the Dig Port. When I navigate to *System\IO\DigPort\Pins* on the front panel display the *Pin*, *Function*, and *Polarity*, fields are displayed but I can't enter values for them. Accessing the *Protect\Inhibit* to select *Live* works as expected.. I've used this function with no problems on the original 6700. Am I missing another setting or is the new unit just defective. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Update: After posting the above I spoke with Roman in the Keysight Call center and he tried the steps I was using on his N6700B and it worked fine. We also confirmed my unit had the latest firmware so we concluded that our new unit was faulty and it since been sent back to Keysight for warranty repair.
