If it hasn't been changed, and it's an "Agilent" analyzer, then it's probably 'agilent', 'Agilent', or (just hit enter).
If none of those work, then you will need to boot from an CD or USB stick with the bootable password cracker SW. These are generally Linux packages, that boot to an app that easily allows you to clear any passwords. Once that's done you reboot into Windows and use the password. Your mileage may vary.
