I could see that the signal input connectors are not directly connected to the surrounding shielding ground; instead the connection to mains earth is done via the pcb.
So i was wondering, what is the maximum continous current from the probe ground to mains earth the scope is designed for to withstand?

(In fact yesterday i made an erroneous connection between two devices and there were approx. 1 to 2 amps flowing between the scope and another earth referenced device via mains earth ground - that made me think about the situation a little bit :) )
