Could anyone tell me how I can access the previous screen outputs on DSO-X 2022A?

If you mean saving screenshots, then there are several options:
_*Save to USB drive*_
- Plug in a USB thumbdrive.
- Press the "Save|Recall" button.
- Press the "Save" softkey.
- In this menu, select the desired format to save (PNG, BMP8 or BMP24) and the destination.
- Press "Press to Save".
_*From the web interface*_
If the scope is connected to LAN, you can access the web interface and click on the "Get Image" button on the left side of the webpage.
Screenshots can also be obtained from the BenchVue software.
