One of the channels on our 2 channel DS06012A has been damaged - it still picks up some signal but it is heavily attenuated. The other channel still works well and is used regularly. However, I can't seem to get the scope to perform a user calibration, I assume this is because it is not detecting a signal on the first channel. Is there any way around this?
you will need to hook the trig out to chs 1 and 2 with a BNC T

It probably will not pass self cal, and thus it will need to be repaired at a Keysight service center. if it fails self cal, you may find that certain features are disabled, like autoscale...
You may also find it more cost effective to get a new scope rather than have it repaired. Www.Keysight.com/find/3000TX-Series
