Hello,
I am using a E4433B, loading and successfully transmitting a waveform. I would like to be able to use the markers as I have done previously using the e4438C so that I can blank the RF when the waveform transmission completes. What I have done is to create and load the waveform on to the VSG. Selected marker 2 and set the range of points to capture all waveform points. I turn RF blank to MKR2 on with positive polarity on the markers. I set triggering to the front panel button, single. When I hit the trigger, the waveform transmits, but blanking does not work. If I set the same sequence of commands, but when setting the range of points, I skip samples, then I blank (but of course I don't want to skip samples, so this doesn't suit my purposes).
I've updated the firmware to the latest version B.03.86
Thanks,
Reese

I've done same test on my E4437B with same firmware revision, in continuous mode everything is OK, but in single shot, if I used a range of points for marker 1 and 2, I didn't have any RF at output. I tried many combination without success. MKR1 and MKR2 at outport ports event1 and event2 was OK.
Somebody have an idea to resolve this problem?
