Hello

I am trying to create a scatter plot with two or more different X-axis.

Attached is an Excel spreadsheet with an example and the Hp Vee example program named "XYChart.vee"

I am running Window 7 with Vee 9.3.

Thank you,

Tony Sellas

AFAIR you can do 2 vertical/Y axes with VEE but maybe no more.

Without seeing your example I'd suggest a few ways to go:

'fake' it by creating supplementary axes ( which must have some bearing to the main X axis, I presume ) beneath the graph

use a different graph component...

use a MatLab graph ( there are loads of examples ) - I've used these for surface and other 3D-view graphs

-or - VEE supports .NET ( and COM ) and in the past I've used TeeChart ( from steema.com ) where I needed to mess with markers and so forth. There are other options of course, maybe the built-in MS .NET chart ( ZChart is it? )

In the limit, if Excel is the only practical tool you can of course automate the graph construction with that.
