Benchvue 3.0 does not open

We are using the DSO-X 2004 in some of our teaching labs at the University.
There are 10 computers running Windows 7 – 64 bit, connected to a domain, with a domain controller running Windows Server 2008.
There 40 users and an administrator. Each user can login in any of the computers.
We are trying to use Benchvue 3.0 (the latest version), in order to capture the screenshots.
We installed the software in all the computers, and most of the users cannot open it When they double click the icon, the software starts running and immediately closes This can be seen in the task manager as well). Do you see any problem with our configuration? Is there any other way to capture screenshots from the scope?
