I am working with an 2-port E8362C, running firmware version, A.09.42.22.
The phase offset setting of the Scale menu rounds the offset value to the nearest whole integer. For example, if I enter 2.1, it rounds it to 2, 2.6 rounds the display to 3. Since by observation however it does seem to take and apply the fractional values, is there a way to change the display format to show at least 1 decimal place or more?

The y-axis annotation depends on the scale. in my example above, the scale is 1 degrees per division, so the annotation uses whole numbers, but if I auto-scale this trace so the scale becomes 0.01 degrees/division, then the y-axis annotation will use 2 decimal places.
on the marker readout, you can set the precision of the readout through the Marker Display dialog:
