PNA-X/029, 28 V correct?

I finally got access to the PNA-X again. I measured the 28 V output., It turned out to be 28.62 V (open circuit voltage). Although the 346... noise sources are specified to 28+/-1 V, and there is no specification of the PNA-X on the actual voltage (at least I could not find it), it seems a bit out of range compared to other (HP/Agilent/Keysight) instruments we have

MXA 27.96 V
CXA 27.97 V
HP8970 27.98V
HP8973 27.96 V

These are all within 4 mV from the 28 V (probably limited by the accuracy of my multimeter). Compared to these, the PNA-X is a factor 150 of.

Is this right?
