vamp = vtop-vbase
Single measurement accuracy is:
DC vertical accuracy ±(DC vertical gain accuracy + DC vertical offset accuracy + 0.25% full scale)
DC vertical gain accuracy* ± 2.0% full scale**
DC vertical offset accuracy ± 0.1 div ± 2 mV ± 1% of offset setting
– Single cursor accuracy:
±(DC vertical gain accuracy + DC vertical offset accuracy + 0.25% full scale) (same as single measurement)
– Dual cursor accuracy:
±(DC vertical gain accuracy + 0.5% full scale)*
I do not think cursor accuracy can be applied to a digitized waveform that does not use cursors to extract vtop and vbase.
The waveform is a single pulse referenced to zero. No offset is used.
What is the correct accuracy equation to use?
