N8900A Infiniium Offline - Does it run on Windows Server 2012

What is the plan for Infiniium off-line to work with a more secure platform than Win7, such as Windows Server 2012?  Can VMWare be used to run Infiniium-Offline in Win7?  Any advice on tricks to getting Infiniium off-line to work with a secure server OS would be helpful.
