You are using a full 2 port calibration, and you are displaying only S21 data.
But, a full 2 port error correction requires that you measure all 4 s-parameters in order to display corrected data for any single s-parameter.
Data from all four measurements is used in the equations to correct any one parameter.
so, yes, you will be making both port1 and port2 measurements, even if you only display S21.
