Capacitor quality measurements

Hello,

I have an issue I hope someone could help me. My objective is to measure the quality factor of a capacitor between 100MHz and 1GHz and I tried to do so using a network analyzer. I obtain s parameters of the capacitor and from that information I get C and Q.

The measurements I have done seem correct regarding the capacitance value (really close to the values I expect), but the quality factor value oscillates pretty much in the lower frequencies and I think there is something wrong. I don't know if the setup is wrong, the calibration is not correct or something else I am missing.

The capacitor is in a fixture, so I use the port extension feature after calibration. If there was a calibration error, I would say that it should be more noticeable in higher frequencies and that is not the case.
Someone has any ideas? Any other way to do it?

Thanks in advance.
