Hi,
I’d like to make different measurements with a DSO9254A which shall be controlled with the USB interface. The measurement process looks like this:
1. Make the input circuit ready for the first measurement
2. Start the measurement in oscilloscop with the USB interface
3. Save the measurement into a file with the USB interface
4. Back to 1 and continue with the second measurement
I know this can be done with LAN or GPIB interface. Is it also possible with USB?

If you use a PC with the IO Libraries and the Connection Expert, the scope should show up when connected via USB. You can use the address string that's shown to talk to the scope. It will contain 'USB' in it rather than a GPIB or IP address.
