Set up an S21 Trace and Change the format to phase.
In order to make an accurate measurement, you need to perform at least a response, or even better, a two-port calibration, to remove the response of the test cables and any hardware other than your device under test.

You must have a load or airline with a better specification than the port that you are using. Are you trying to verify corrected or raw directivity. Raw is pretty easy; just put a load on with 20 or 30 db better return loss than the directivity and measure the value displayed. Techincally, you should also measure an open and short, and averge the magntidue of the two, then compare the load response to the average of the open/short and that is the directivty.
