APC-7 repair

I have a test port in which the APC-7 sleeve (whatever you call the part that you can retract) is bent. Can the connector be disassembled to replace this part? I find reference to "Microwave Connector Care Manual  08510-90064" in several places, but can't seem to find it on the Agilent site or Googling.

It is one spot that is bent inward, which keeps a mating connector from being inserted. This is on an 85044A test set which is mostly a single assembly which contains this connector.
